We offer Classes in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga & Mum & Baby Yoga Perfect Balance and Hypnobirthing Courses. As advanced trained teachers with over 20 years experience we provide the highest teaching standards.

We provide Birth Preparation Sessions for couples and individual therapy sessions for Pelvic Girdle Pain during Pregnancy.

Our KG Hypnobirthing Course provides you with the knowledge, information and techniques to enable you to stay relaxed, calm and in control during labour and birth, whatever happens. The KG Hypnobirthing Training Course is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

Our range of group and individual Therapy sessions are designed to prevent and alleviate a number of illnesses and structural imbalances.

Whether you want instruction on a regular basis or just want a session or two to work on something in particular we will tailor a programme to meet your needs.
