
Mother and Baby Yoga
Mum and Baby YogaSuitable from 6 weeks after the baby’s birth right up until your little one starts to crawl. The class is a fun way to bond with your baby. There are postnatal recovery postures for mum which restore the uterus, abdomen and pelvic floor muscles, realign the spine and relieve shoulder, neck and back discomfort. The Baby Yoga movements for the little ones are incorporated into songs and nursery rhythms. The session is also a great way to meet other new mums who live locally.

Class Time, Location and Equipment
All our Mum and Baby Yoga classes are offered in the afternoon and located near to good transport links so they are easy for you to get to.
We believe you already have enough to carry; yourself and baby so all the equipment needed for class is provided.
